Bauke Baumann is Senior Programme Officer for the Middle East and is working in particular on Israel, Palestine, Jordan and Iran. From 2018 to 2022 he headed the Morocco office of the Heinrich Böll Foundation in Rabat. He has been working for Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung since 2014. Before joining the Foundation, he worked as an expert for the German Federal Foreign Office's Task Force Afghanistan and as project manager for the German development agency GIZ in Jordan.
